Brighton Music Hall - MA Customers Reviews
Buddy Guy/Dr. John/James Cotton
I loved the show entirely. A great treat to see 3 very different approaches to "The Blues" played with so much passion and incredible musicianship. They played their butts off, and gave everything they could. The "Blues" will live forever. I wish they had played something like "Baby Please Don't Leave Me" from "Sweet Tea". Emo Night Brooklyn's show ended too abruptly, leaving me with a very incomplete feeling. I needed to hear them play more. They are such incredible showmen, and true "Masters". However, I do hope that it isn't another 3 years before they come around here. I look forward to seeing them again.
People on their cell phones are the worst distraction. Why do people go to concerts and spend the entire evening talking and texting? It's always when I am so focused on the music that my attention is interrupted by the bright light of their cellphone. They are so inconsiderate and ruin the experience for those of us who come to hear the music. These people need to be thrown out.
